Sublease for flat in Neukölln/ Zwischenmiete für Wohnung in Neukölln

Ich vermiete diese helle, sehr ruhige und frisch renovierte, im Herzen von Neukölln gelegene Wohnung (nicht nur ein Zimmer) an eine Person unter. Ich werde dann selbst in die Wohnung einziehen, daher ist der Mietzeitraum auf den 1.2. bis 22.4. begrenzt.
Ich habe die Wohnung basic-mäßig ausgestattet mit einem Sofabett plus Matratze, Nachttischchen, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Kleiderstange, Schrank (so ein Retro-küchenschrank) und noch einem Sofa. In der Küche gibts eine Einbauchküche, einen neuen Kühlschrank, Tisch und zwei Stühle und all die Dinge, die man so in einer Küche braucht. (Die Einrichtung auf den Fotos sind von der Vormieterin)
Da ich in der Nähe wohne, kannst du mich gerne kontaktieren, falls du noch irgendwas brauchen solltest.

Bitte beachte: Es gibt kein Internet und keine Waschmaschine. Daher ist sie etwas günstiger. Es gibt aber einen Waschsalon gleich in der Nähe (5-10 Min zu Fuß) und viele Cafés und Bars mit Wifi um die Ecke.

Ich freue mich, wenn ich die Wohnung für den Zeitraum an eine nette Person untervermieten kann. Wir können zur Sicherheit gerne einen Untermietvertrag machen.

I rent this bright, quiet and freshly renovated flat (the whole flat, not just one room) in the heart of Neukölln. As I will move in by the end of April, the rental period is from the 1st of February till the 22nd of April.

I furnished the flat with basic stuff: sofabed plus matress, sofa, little table, desk plus chair, wardrobe (retro sideboard), clothes rack. In the kitchen you´d have a built-in kitchen, a new fridge, a table and two chairs and all the things you´d need in the kitchen (cutlery and so forth).

As I live close by you can always ask me if you need anything else.

Please note: There´s no washing maschine and no wifi! But there´s a laundrette in walking distance (5-10 Mins) and a lot of bars and cafés with wifi just round the corner.

I am pleased to rent the flat to a nice person. If you need a security we can also make a subletting contract.
