Hello! Due to personal reasons, I have to move out of my lovely Neukölln studio flat. For April and May, it would be Untermiete (sublet) and then from June, you would be able to take over as Hauptmieter ( primary tenant).
The apartment is a one bedroom studio and is currently fully furnished with kitchen , bed and washing machine. You would be able to buy the furniture from me if you decide to take it over or I can remove it.
The flat faces the Hinterhof so is really quiet with no street noise. It is within 5 minutes walk from S+U Neukölln ( U7 and Ring) as well as being within 15 minutes
walk from S + U Hermanstraße ( U8 and Ring). There is a large supermarket called Real next to Sbahn Neukölln and also a Biomarkt and Aldi within 2 minutes from Real.
The space is really light and airy and there are no problems with the neighbours who all seem to be working professionals.
