Living room with big comfy sofa, projector, stereo, decent book collection.
Little office with his resolution screen and height-adjustable desk. Curtains so you can close it off and out-of-sight when not working.
Really cosy separate loftbed up above.
Bathroom also has a bathtub.
Can't accept cats I'm afraid as I am quite allergic. Other pets potentially possible, ask me about it :)
Closest U-bahn is Boddinstr but the place is pretty much between Boddinstr, Rathaus Neukölln and Hermannplatz so smack bang in the centre of everything.
Just a few mins to the canal, Tempelhof, Hasenheide and everything else Neukölln is famous for :)
The neighbours are a dream-come-true and really friendly. The hof is very, very calm.
No parties or craziness if you please :)
IMPORTANT
I'm due a visit form the landlord one day in early May. I can let you know well in advance but for that day, you'd have to vacate the place for a few hours and have itlooking pretty much as it did when you moved in.
