Weil wir ab dem 07. Juni für einen Monat nicht in Berlin sind, vermieten wir unsere schöne Wohnung. Diese besteht aus einem kleinen Schlafzimmer, einem großen Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem Tageslichtbad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 55qm groß und liegt im 2. Stock des Hinterhauses.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Parallelstraße der Karl-Marx-Straße im schönen Rixdorf, mit vielen kleinen Bars und Cafés in direkter Umgebung. Richardplatz und Böhmischer Platz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auf der anderen Seite der Karl-Marx-Straße befindet sich gleich der Körnerpark und etwas weiter entfernt das Tempelhofer Feld, wo man wunderbar joggen oder Rad fahren kann. Der S-Bahnhof Neukölln ist direkt um die Ecke, von wo aus man Dank der Ringbahn und der U7 schnell in alle anderen Bezirke Berlins gelangt.
Es handelt sich um eine private Wohnung. Leute, die nur zum Party machen nach Berlin kommen, passen also weniger hier her. Wer sich aber einfach ein paar entspannte Wochen in einem der schönsten Stadtteile Berlins machen möchte, ist herzlich eingeladen!

I'd like to sublet my flat, which has ablout 55m² - a small bedroom, a big livingroom, a well appointed kitchen and a small bathroom. The flat is fully furnished, has a nice parquet floor and high ceilings. As it is a privat flat I don't want to house people who only come here to party. But if you want to spend a nice and chilled time in one of the most beautiful areas in Berlin you are very welcome! :)
