OFFER:
I am offering my 79m² 4 room apartment in Reuerkiez/Kreuzkölln in Neukölln, within walking distance to the U7 (2 short blocks), and with the M41 1 minute by foot. the house.

The apartment is a Maisonnette in the Hinterhaus, split across the 4th floor and the Dachgeschoss. It has 2 separate bedrooms, two living room spaces connected by the staircase, a separate kitchen (with build in kitchen) and a large bathroom (with window and bathtub) connected by a hallway. There is plenty of space for a family or a small WG. It has recently refinished wooden floors, and large window that let in plenty of natural light. There is a good size, dry cellar space allocated to the apartment (though not guaranteed in the contract) and bike parking in the Innenhof).

Rent is currently 1239€ per month (warm) with an unlimited contract. Additionally, if the rental cap is upheld in November, I’ve been advised that it may be possible to reduce rent significantly (however, if the cap is not upheld, a rent increase would not be applicable).

REQUEST:
I'm looking for a smaller (e.g. 1.5 - 3 room apartment in the same or a nearby Kiez. Preferably on the top floor, ideally with a balcony. Rent up to €750 warm, depending on the size, with unlimited contract.

I don’t want to move out of the Kiez, I just don’t need such a large apartment only for myself.
