2.5 rooms in Neukölln / furnished / contract to take over

We are looking for somebody to take over our rental contract. The flat is sublet until End of September and theoretically available starting from beginning of October. It is possible to move in just with a suitcase since everything is there.
People that take over our furniture and machines too will be preferred as we are not in Berlin at the moment. We calculated 2500€ for everything.

The rent is currently 1102€ warm plus electricity and internet. The internet contract of Vodafone (25€/month) can be taken over too if wanted. So far the rent increased for 5% on the cold rent every year.

The usual documents (Mietschuldenfreiheit, Schufa (request now) , payslips, etc) are requested by the landlord.

/ bedroom: very bright and sunny, bed (1.40m), big closet
/ living room: dining table, shelf, sofa, dresser, tv, wall shelves
/ balcony: accessible from the living room
/ office (no door): desk, closet
/ bathroom: washing machine, mirror, shelf, hooks etc.
/ entrance: jacket rack, shoe shelves
/ kitchen: cabinets, cupboards, table, chairs, stove (ceramic), dishwasher, fridge, cups, plates, glasses, pots and pans

So not exactly furnished like on the pictures anymore! But still cozy :)

The flat is located in a quiet street, close to a park and the canal. A good location and nice neighbors :)
