There is a tiny Gallery on the Ground floor with great exhibitions every other month, buzzling bars and nice coffee/brunch places just around the corner at the heart of old Rixdorf.
Every Week just a few minutes walk is a Market with lots of fresh goods.

Die Wohnung ist für Einzelpersonen aber auch Paare geeignet.
Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die du benötigst, und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
!!! 🚭 Rauchverbot !!!! in der Wohnung (aufm Balkon is ok) und keine Haustiere.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet.
Unsere gemütliche Wohnung ist sehr grün 🌵🍃🌴, mit vielen Pflanzen, die etwas Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit brauchen. Wer also ein Pflanzenliebhaber ist, hat definitiv ein paar Extrapunkte bei der Bewertung.
👉Bitte beachte, dass es sich um eine zeitlich begrenzte Zwischenmiete handelt, daher ist eine ANMELDUNG NICHT MÖGLICH. Es ist nicht möglich, Haustiere zu halten. Kürzere Zeiträume ausgeschlossen.

The kitchen is stocked with all equipment you would need, and all sheets and towels etc. are also provided.
!!! 🚭 No smoking !!!! in the apartment and no pets.
It is being rented as furnished.
Our cosy place is very green 🌵🍃🌴, with planties that will need a caring hand. So anyone who is a Plant lover definitely has some extra Points in the Review Process.
👉Note this is a temporal place to rent, therefore ANMELDUNG NOT POSSIBLE. It is not possible to have pets. No shorter term periods. You will get a Sublet Contract (we’ll send it to you, if we match)
