- the 2 parks nearby (Treptower Park 15 min away and Görlitzer Park 5min away) as well as the Landwer canal offer great opportunities for running, walking, picnics...
- There is a Bus station literally at your doorstep
- There are 3 supermarkets at a 5min walking distance (1 Edeka & 2 Nettos)
- if you are looking for a coworking space, there are 3 coworking nearby: Workish, MotionLab and Factory.
