Ich bin von Februar bis April für 3 Monate weg, und möchte meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 64qm groß und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, eine separate Küche und einen Balkon.
Es ist voll möbliert und befindet sich in Rixdorf, neben Richardplatz und Böhmischer Platz (5 Min. zu Fuß zur U7 Karl-Marx Str. / 10 Min. zur S-Sonnenallee / 3 Min. zur M41).
Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Gebäude mit hauptsächlich älteren Bewohnern, daher müssen die Mieter relativ ruhig und respektvoll sein. Es ist keine Partywohnung.
Ideal für eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar.

Hi everyone,
I will be away for 3 months, from February til April, and would like to subrent my apartment.
The flat is around 64sqm, with a bedroom, living room, office room, separate kitchen, and balcony.
It is fully furnished and nicely located in Rixdorf, next to Richardplatz and Böhmischer Platz (5mn walk to U7 Karl-Marx Str. / 10mn to S-Sonnenallee / 3mn to m41).
It is a very quiet building with mainly older residents, so the tenants needs to be relatively quiet and respectful. It's not a party flat.
Ideal for a single person or couple.
I'm happy to send more details or organise irl/online visits.
