Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche Wohnung vom 04.-23. Januar.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer + Flur, Küche, Bad. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer mit Fenster zur Südseite, in dem sich ein Sofa, ein Esstisch und ein Arbeitsplatz befinden. Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig zum Hinterhof, das Bett ist 160x200cm groß, hier können also locker 2 Leute bequem schlafen. Ansonsten haben wir noch ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Südbalkon, TV und einer großen Couch. Die Wohnung eignet sich also zum einen gut für Paare, ist aber prinzipiell auch WG-geeignet. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine und allem, was man zum Kochen/backen braucht, ausgestattet. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

We are subletting our cozy apartment from 04.-23. January.
The flat has 3 rooms + spacious corridor, kitchen, bathroom. There is a large room with south-facing windows with a couch, a dining table and a workstation. The sleeping room is located quietly towards the rear of the building and sports a 160x200cm bed, easily accomodating 2 persons. Additionally there is a living room with south-facing balcony, a TV and a large couch. The flat is well-suited for couples, but has also already proven itself as a comfortable flat-share. The kitchen hosts a dishwasher and everything that's needed for baking & cooking. The bathroom has a bath-tub and a washing machine.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Rixdorf, einem Ruhepol mitten in Neukölln. Hier gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt: Späti, Kneipe, Pizza, Tischtennis direkt vor der Haustür. Die Anbindung ist auch super, man ist in 5 Minuten am S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee, von wo aus die Ringbahn nach Friedrichshain oder in den Prenzlauer Berg fährt. in 10 Minuten kommt man zum U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx-Straße (U7). Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten am Tempelhofer Feld oder am Landwehrkanal. Ihr könnt für die Zeit auch gerne unsere Fahrräder nutzen.

Our flat is located in the beautiful Rixdorf Kiez, a calm anchor in the heart of Neukölln. In the vicinity you'll find everything you might crave: Night-kiosks, Bars, Currywurst / Fries / Pizza / Asian / German Restaurants, busy ping-pong tables. The Public Transport Connection is awesome, having the Ringbahn S41/S42 stations "Sonnenallee" and "Neukölln" within 10 minutes on foot, as well as Metro station "Karl-Marx Straße" for the U7. Within 20 minutes on foot, you can also reach the "Tempelhofer Feld", a large historic airfield which is now a free park. During your stay, you're also welcome to use our bicycles.
Wir verlangen keine Kaution, aber benötigen ein Foto des Ausweises.
Der Preis ist 1:1 was wir selbst für die Wohnung zahlen.
Mindestens 3 Nächte.
