Meine Wohnung:
Helle und gemütliche Altbauwohnung, im dritten Stock in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hermanplatz. Ideal für ein Paar oder für eine Mini-WG-Lösung.
Ein Zimmer, das mit dem Holzregal in der Mitte (das Sie behalten können, wenn Sie es mögen) ist groß und hat Zugang zum Balkon (Ostseite). Das andere Zimmer ist etwas kleiner und bekommt am Nachmittag direktes Sonnenlicht. (auch die Küche hat es!)
Neben dem Keller gibt es auch einen zusätzlichen privaten Mini-Keller auf der gleichen Etage, wo die Wohnung ist.

Im Gegenzug suche ich eine 3-4 Zimmer Wohnung im Bereich Xberg/NK/Fhain/S'berg/Britz, mit Balkon und evtl. grüner/ruhiger Nachbarschaft.
Ich bin flexibel, was die Einzugs- und Auszugstermine und die Möbel angeht, wir können gerne ein paar Elemente tauschen, wenn Sie Interesse haben.

My flat:
Bright and cozy Altbau flat, on a third floor very close to Hermanplatz. Ideal for a couple or for a mini-WG solution.
One room, the one with the wooden shelf in the middle (which can be kept for you if you like it) is big and has access to balcony (face East). The other room is a bit smaller and gets direct sunlight in the afternoon. (also the kitchen does!)
Besides the keller, there is also an additional privat mini-keller on the same floor where the flat is.

In exchange I'm looking for a 3-4 rooms flat in area Xberg/NK/Fhain/S'berg/Britz, with a balcony and possibly some green/peaceful neighborhood.
I'm flexible with dates for moving in/out, as well as about furniture, we can swap some elements if you're interested.
