Wir bieten unsere schöne, große Altbau-Wohnung für die Zeit vom 26.07. bis zum 03.08.2024, zur Untermiete an! Preis 120-140 Euro pro Nacht, je nach Anzahl der Personen.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet für eine Familie, da es auch zwei Kinderzimmer gibt.
Wir haben einen kleinen Balkon, ein Wannenbad, ein Gäste-WC, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und TV.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60x2,00 m), zwei Kinderzimmer mit jeweils einem Bett, aber auch der Möglichkeit noch Gästematratzen auszulegen.

Unser Neuköllner Kiez ist bunt, belebt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV-Anbindung sind fußläufig super schnell zu erreichen. Ein Späti, Spielplätze, Parks, das Tempelhofer Feld, Bars und Restaurants sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe.

We offer our beautiful, large old building apartment between the 26th of July until the 3th of August 2024 for sublease! Price per night 120 to 140 Euro per nicht, depending on the number of persons who want to stay.
The apartment is perfectly equipped for a family, as there are also two children's rooms.
We have a small balcony, a bathroom with tub, a guest toilet, washing machine, dishwasher and TV.
There is a bedroom with a double bed (1,60x2,00 m), two children's rooms with one bed each, but also the possibility to lay out guest mattresses.

Our Neukölln neighborhood is colorful, lively, shopping and public transport connections are within walking distance super fast. A Späti, playgrounds, parks, the Tempelhofer Feld, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
