The apartment is an entire flat to yourself, 2 rooms near Tempelhof and Körnerpark. It's 46.77 sqm with a bedroom, balcony, living room/office/dining room, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a washing machine, stove/oven, fridge, desk, bathtub/shower, double bed. There's a courtyard with bicycle parking. Preference for someone vegetarian or vegan.
The building is a quiet building, so no loud music past 10pm or parties please. It's on the second floor. It's a no smoking and pet free apartment.
The apartment is a 7min walk to Hermanstrasse U8/S-bahn and 10min walk to Neukölln U7/S-bahn. There's a Rewe and Turkish supermarket nearby for groceries. There's a few nice coffee shops around to work in or read a nice book. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood in the heart of the city.
No registration/Anmeldung possible. There is a 150 euro deposit (for potential damages) in addition to the rent. Deposit is paid to reserve the apartment and returned once I've come back and made sure that everything is ok. Rent is paid when you get the keys.
