This bright and quiet 2 bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor.
The apartment is fully equipped: kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, soda stream, pots, pans, etc. Nothing is missing!
The bedroom is very cosy and comfortable with a 160x200 bed. A large designer wardrobe offers plenty of space for clothes.
In the living room there is a couch and a cosy carpet as well as a large round wooden table (old photo, will put new photo), which is ideal for delicious meals. There is also plenty of space for a home office and work. There is also a good sounding hi-fi system and Bauhaus-style design furniture that invites you to relax and linger.
Die Wohnung liegt im legendären, belebten und beliebten Bezirk Neukölln direkt an der Sonnenallee, aber ruhig nach hinten raus, also nicht zur Straße. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell am Kanal oder in Rixdorf, wo man sehr entspannt bummeln und flanieren kann. Für das leibliche Wohl ist bestens gesorgt: Ob arabisch, indisch, thailändisch, türkisch oder italienisch, es gibt gute und preiswerte Restaurants in der Nähe.
Der Bus M41 fährt direkt vor der Tür (Haltestelle Geygerstr.), zur Ringbahn (Haltestelle Sonnenallee) oder zur U-Bahn (Haltestelle Karl Marx Str. U7) ist es nicht weit.

The apartment is located in the legendary, lively and popular district of Neukölln, directly on Sonnenallee, but quietly at the back, so not on the street. You can easily walk to the canal or to Rixdorf, where you can take a relaxing stroll. There are all kinds of places to eat: Arabic, Indian, Thai, Turkish or Italian, there are good and inexpensive restaurants nearby.
The M41 bus stops right outside (Geygerstr. station), the Ringbahn (Sonnenallee station) or the U-Bahn (Karl Marx Str. U7 station) are not far away.
