Both the living and the bedroom are facing south, so they are suffused with sun light the entire day.

The bedroom has a balcony on the corner, which isn't huge but big enough for two to be sunbathing and/or having breakfast. There's no balcony on top, so there's only the sky above! :)

The large dining-kitchen and the bathroom are facing the green patio, the living and bedroom are both facing the street.

The flat is best suited for a couple, family or friends, since one of the rooms (the kids' room / living room) is a walk-through room. Up to 4 adults can sleep here comfortably, though.

Wir freuen uns, wenn jemand unsere Wohnung warm und die Pflanzen am Leben hält.

Altbau mit typisch hohen Decken, Stuck und Dielen in den Wohnräumen. Die beiden Wohnräume sind nach Süden orientiert und so den ganzen Tag hell und sonnig. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen Eckbalkon, der ist zwar nicht der größte, aber groß genug für zwei um sich neben den Balkonpflanzen zu sonnen und zu frühstücken. :)

Die große Wohn/Ess/Küche und das Bad sind zum grünen Hof orientiert, das Kinder- und Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin. Diese Wohnung ist am besten für ein Paar (mit Kind) geeignet, da eines der beiden Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Insgesamt können aber auch bis zu vier Erwachsene hier gemeinsam übernachten.
