super schöne 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung im 4. OG . Sie ist sonnig, das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon geht zum Süden raus. Das Schlafzimmer ist Richtung Norden zum stillen Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt 2 min vom Körnerpark entfernt und 2 min zur S Hermannstr. Um die Ecke gibt es nette Bars, Cafes und den Körnerpark. Zudem ist die Wohnung nur 15 Minuten zu fuß vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, über mir wohnt niemand. Wenn ihr weitere Fragen zur Lage habt, schreibt mir einfach. Ich biete keine Nachmiete an, meldet euch diesbezüglich bitte nicht :) Ich bin nur im Urlaub im oben genannten Zeitraum
Meldet euch gern per Nachricht hier, wenn der Zeitraum für euch passt. Ich bin für 10 Tage im Urlaub und würde darum bitten, einmal die Pflanzen zu gießen. Ansonsten bietet sich die Wohnung an, wenn ihr gerade in Berlin ankommt oder ein Praktikum o.ä. hier macht. Eine Kaution von 500€ ist zu zahlen und wird sofort zurückgezahlt nach Rückübergabe.
