The warm and cozy altbau apartment is full of light with high ceilings, wooden floor and original features.
It has a good sized eat-in kitchen with a huge table and couch. You'll find everything you need too cook - kettle, toaster, fridge, oven, dish washer, soundsystem ;-)
The bathroom is adequate with a well powered shower, bathtub and a washing/dry machine, hair dryer.
Your room is 20m² has a double sized bed (180x200cm) with a comfortable mattress. Its a very nice room which is full of light and original stucco.
Like you can see on the pics I have some plants, it would be necessary to water them 2-3 times during your stay.

Located in one of the greatest areas in berlin in a very calm street and near to Weserstr. in Neukoelln with a späti and bakery (1min). Nearby by great bars, cafes & restaurants and just a 5 minutewalk to the canal which leads to Kreuzberg.
By just a few minutes walk you have everything you need for daily life like Supermarkets; close by are Rewe, Lidl, dm, Bio Company or at Neukölln Arcarden Denns Bio, Kaufland, Rossmann, dm.
Around the corner is wolf cinema and at Weser str. you'll find a selection of vintage clothes shops and small shops.
Nearest UBahn is U7 Karl-Marx-Str. (8 min) or Rathaus Neukölln (10 min) or bus M41 (2 min) or Erkstr. with several buses (5 min) walk. Ringbahn S41/42 is 15 min walk or 4 min by bus.
The flat is perfect for a professional who would like a quite (non party) building with relaxed neighbours. You will have the flat for your own.
You should leave the apartment clean till 12:00pm on 31.03.
Therefore I am flexible to start the rent up to two days earlier at the 28.02.
I am really looking for someone who respect & take care of my flat. Its a really lovely place to come home to and relax and perfect to to host a friend. Rent is inclusive of all bills and a deposit of 250€ is required.
