Die Wohnung besteht aus einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile (gut ausgestattet), einem kleineren Schlafzimmer und einem Bad (siehe Fotos).
Im Schlafzimmer ist ein 1,60m breites Bett mit Stauraum für Kleidung oder Anderes und eine Kleiderstange. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Tisch und eine Schlafcouch.

I am offering a furnished apartment in Pankow/Niederschönhausen. I would like to sublet the apartment for about 2 months into trustworthy hands.
The apartment consists of a very large living room with a kitchen (well equipped), a smaller bedroom and a bathroom (see photos).
In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and enough storage space for clothes or other things. In the living room is a dining table and a large sofa bed.
Die Wohnung ist in Niederschönhausen/Pankow. Das Viertel ist ruhig und familiär. Die Lage zeichnet sich durch die Nähe ins Grüne (z. B.: Botanischer Volkspark Pankow), aber auch die gute Anbindung an die Szeneviertel aus.
Die Tram M1 hält direkt vor der Haustür. Mit der Tram dauert es ca.15-20min bis zum S+U Bahnhof Pankow, mit dem Fahrrad ca.10min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und offen.

The apartment is in Niederschönhausen/Pankow. The neighborhood is quiet and familiar. The location is characterized by its proximity to the Nature (e.g. Botanischer Volkspark Pankow), but also the good connection to the trendy districts.
The tram M1 stops right in front of the door. It takes about 15-20 minutes by tram to S+U Pankow and about 10 minutes by bike.
Shops are within walking distance.
The neighbors are all very friendly and open.
