Man braucht durchnittlich 20 min um Freie Universität und Potsdam Universität(Griebnitzsee) zu erreichen. Es gibt 3 Geschäfte im Bezirk: ALDI, Reichelt und Penny.Freundliche Atmosphäre,Barbecue, Sportsaal und Disko auf dem Territorium.Preise: 195 Euro pro Monat( einschlisslich Internet, Wasser,Heizung und Elektrizität).Ich möchte nach Russland früher als im Vertrag zurückkommen , deshalb brauche ich einen Nachmieter.
Hi, dear Friends. I suggest you my room in the student’s hostel Schlachtensee(http://www.studentendorf-berlin.com/). It is located in a wonderful place near three lakes: Nikolassee, Schlachtensee und Wannsee. It takes about 20 min to get Freie University and Potsdam University( Griebnitzsee). There are 3 supermarkts : Penny, ALDI and Reichelt. Friendly atmosphere, Barbecue, sporthall and Disko in the hostel’s territory. Price: 195 Euro per month( including internet, water, electricity and heating). I wanted to leave Berlin earlier as it’s written in my agreement, that’s why I’m looking for a renter.
