ruhige und verkehrsgünstige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon in Pankow

Ab sofort bis max. Mitte Februar 2010 vermieten wir die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung unseres Sohnes, der z. Z. auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff arbeitet. Die Hochpaterre-Wohnung (mit Außenjalousien) liegt zentral im Kissingen-Viertel in Pankow, ca. 5 Bus- bzw. 10 Gehminuten bis zum S+U-Bahnhof Pankow mit weiteren Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien. Zum Szenebezirk Prenzlauer Berg mit seinen vielen Gaststätten sind es nur 2-3 U-Bahnstationen. Weitere Entfernungen: Vom S+U-Bahnhof Pankow braucht man bis zum S+U Potsdamer Platz 16 Minuten ohne Umsteigen, zum S+U Alexanderplatz 11 Minuten ohne Umsteigen und zum Kurfürstendamm ca. eine halbe Stunde mit Umsteigen. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon zum großen grünen Innenhof. Balkonmöbel sind vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer steht eine große Couch-Eck-Garnitur sowie eine Essecke. Fernseher, Radio/CD-Player sowie DVD-Player können genutzt werden. Die Küche ist mit Gasherd/Elektrobackofen, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster sowie Mixer ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer steht eine 1,40m breite Liege, ein großer Kleiderschrank sowie ein zusätzlicher kleiner Fernseher. Internetanschluss ist im Moment nicht vorhanden, könnte aber bei Notwendigkeit gegen Aufpreis bestellt werden. Mindestmietzeitraum 1 Monat.

Quiet two-rooms flat with balcony and easy access to public transportation system in Berlin-Pankow:
We let a furnished flat with two rooms of our son from this day forward until middle of February. Our son works on a cruise liner now. This flat is on raised ground floor with blinds. It is located in so called “Kissingen” – quarter in Berlin – Pankow. That is in north of Berlin. You need 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by foot to nearest station of city-train and underground (S+U Pankow). At this point some others lines of trams und busses are available. The “Prenzlauer Berg” area, these days an absolute “in” area, with many new bars and restaurants, is 2-3 underground station away. From city-train and underground station “S+U Pankow” you need to “S+U Alexanderplatz” 11 minutes without change, to “S+U Potsdamer Platz” 16 minutes without change and to “Kurfürstendamm” ca. 30 minutes with change.
The flat has a balcony with a view to a green inner courtyard. Furniture for use on the balcony are exist. In the living room there are a big couch, a dinette, TV, radio/CD and DVD-player. The kitchen is appointed with gas stove, electric baking oven, combined refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and mixer. In the bedroom a big armoire, a divan bed with a size of 2m x 1,4m and an addition little TV stand .
The shortest possible period of rent is one month. The monthly rent over all is €450.00. A one-time deposit of €350.00 must be paid. If internet access was required, it will be ordered with an additional charge.
