The apartment is 40 m2 and has hardwood flooring throughout its surface except in the kitchen. It’s a bright space with many windows and offers green views of the green backyard from its large kitchen window and also from the living room door. In addition, there is a sun room or “Wintergarten” which is not included in the living space. It is a north-west facing room offering nice sunset views during the evenings :)
The largest room in the apartment is the living room and is 15 m2 in size. In addition, the kitchen and the bedroom are both 10 m2 , with a self-constructed table in the kitchen positioned along the window, which we enjoy using as a breakfast table or as a work desk.
We are renting our apartment fully furnished, with an equipped kitchen including a standard washing machine. Also, the apartment has fast internet connection allowing you to work from home office. The apartment was renovated in 2021 and is in a very good condition with a central heating and lighting system enabling you to control the temperature in the apartment from your phone. In addition, we would like to rent our apartment with some plants, which would need to be watered every couple of days.

Die Altbauwohnung ist 40 m2 groß und kommt mit einem schönen Dielenboden. Die Wohnung ist durch ihre vielen Fenster sehr hell und bietet von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer Fenstern einen ruhigen Blick in den grünen Hinterhof. In der Wohnungsgröße nicht mitgerechnet ist unsere Nord-West ausgerichteter Wintergarten, von welchem man am Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann :)
Das größte Zimmer der Wohnung ist das Wohnzimmer mit 15 m2. Zusätzlich haben das Schlafzimmer und die Küche jeweils 10 m2, wobei die Küche Platz für einen selbstgebauten Tisch direkt am Fenster hat.
Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung komplett möbliert und ausgestattet, mit einer Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. Auch kommt die Wohnung mit einer schnellen internet Verbindung welche es möglich macht von Zuhause zu arbeiten und Lieblingsfilme zu streamen. Die Wohnung wurde in 2021 renoviert und ist voll funktionsfähig, sodass die Heizung und Lichtschalter vom Handy aus bedient werden können. Außerdem kommt die Wohnung mit Zimmerpflanzen, die alle paar Tage gegossen werden müssen.
The apartment is in a quiet and residential district of Pankow. It is surrounded by greenery and very well connected to the districts of Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Friedrichshain. Pankow-Heinersdorf S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and you can find the tram at your footsteps, ca. 50 metres away.

Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Pankow. Rundherum ist es grün und die Anbindung nach Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte und Friedrichshain ist super. 5 geh Minuten entfernt liegt die S-Bahn-Station Pankow-Heinersdorf und die Tram fährt direkt vor deiner Haustür.
The apartment is suitable for young professionals, students and whoever likes to leave the loud of the city and come home to some relaxed surroundings. It is not suitable for a WG or a flat-share. We would be interested in renting our apartment for a minimum of 6 months with a possibility to extend your stay beyond this period.
Most importantly, we would like you to feel at home and would appreciate if you treat the place as your home with regular apartment cleaning and through maintaining a friendly attitude to our neighbours. We have nice and friendly neighbours, many of whom speak English, in case you’re improving your German proficiency ;) In addition, it is in near proximity to nice parks; Schlosspark and Bürgerpark and a charming neighbourhood of Florakiez with many cafes, bars and restaurants at a short walking distance it.
Furthermore, the sublet will be registered with our landlord, so that you can officially register yourself at this address. We would like you to feel secure about your living situation and we are willing to help you with any questions regarding the registration and the neighborhood you'll be calling home.

Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders für junge Berufstätige, Studenten und alle, die gerne in einer entspannten Berliner Umgebung nach Hause kommen. Für eine WG ist es allerdings nicht geeignet. Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für mindestens 6 Monate, mit der Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Für uns ist das wichtigste, dass du dich zuhause fühlst, und deshalb würden wir uns freuen, wenn du die Wohnung gut behandelst, indem du diese regelmäßig reinigst und einen freundlichen Umgang mit unseren Nachbarn pflegst, denn es gibt im Haus ein gutes Nachbarschaftsverhältnis. Fußläufig findest du zwei schöne Parks, zum einen der Schlosspark und zum anderen der Bürgerpark, sowie das Viertel Florakiez mit viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
Die Untervermietung wird bei unserem Vermieter angemeldet, so dass du dich unter dieser Adresse offiziell anmelden kannst und bei Problemen die Hausverwaltung kontaktieren kannst.
