Hello there, and welcome to my room, in a 2 bedroom flat. I am leaving the flat for 4 months (From Feb 1st to 31st May) for an exchange. It is a new building, and I am the first resident here, hence it is very modern and functional. It is very conveniently located, with Aldi, Netto, Rewe, Kik, Rossman, DHL & Hermes just 5 minute walk away. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and the bedroom has a mattress. The rent is inclusive of internet, heating, electricity and radio broadcasting. Ideal for thesis and exchange students who want to enjoy everything that Berlin has to offer! Please note that cleanliness of the house is of utmost importance. The rent is not very high, however I expect the house to be clean when I come back. I have sublet my house before with a bad experience, so please maintain it.
