I am leaving my little apartment in Plänterwald and I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy as soon as possible. The new tenant must be able to provide WBS schein, last 3 salary slips, Mietschuldfreiheit and Schufa (request now) information.
It's a two-room apartment, with a decent-sized bedroom and living room, and a small kitchen and WC with shower. The new tenant must purchase the kitchen, washing machine and fridge for a bargain price. There is also a cellar for storage.
As I am leaving the country, ideally, I would like to find someone who is willing to purchase the rest of the furniture in the apartment too: 160x200 bed, sofa, table and chairs, shelves, clothes storage, bedside tables. I will offer a good deal to anyone who wants all the furniture and I will prioritise these applicants.
Buses 165, 166, 265 and 377 all stop very close to the apartment: about a minute away. These buses connect you with Treptow, Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Mitte. S-bahn station Plänterwald is about a five-minute walk from the apartment, with the S8 and S85 connecting with Ostkreuz, Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg. The S9 connects you with Mitte and West Berlin in one direction and Schönefeld Airport/Brandenburg Airport in the other.
The apartment is a few minutes walk from Plänterwald forest, the Spree and Treptower park: perfect in the summer or for a walk any time of year.
