Ich vermiete die Wohnung für 4 Monate, Oktober 2023 bis Januar 2024. Ich selbst werde in dem Zeitraum verreisen, aber ein Zimmer zur Lagerung einiger Gegenstände nutzen. Ich biete hier den Rest der Wohnung zur Untermiete.
Welcome! This modern and well furnished apartment is in a quite area in the vibrant neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg with its many cafés, restaurants and parks. The apartment is fully furnished and has a great garden with terrace to relax in.
I am subletting the apartment for ca 4 months (October 2023 and January 2024) as I will be traveling during that time. I will keep one of the rooms to store some of my items (the room is not represented in the pictures, it is extra). All the rooms that you see in the pictures will be subletted. Additionally a small storage room for shoes, cleaning supplies etc.
Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage, sie liegt 5 min vom Rosa-Luxemburg Platz entfernt (U2) und 10 min vom Alexanderplatz. Somit ist die gesamte Stadt schnell zu erreichen.
Ein Edeka Supermarkt ist im gleichen Gebäude (1min).
The apartment is centrally located in Berlin, about 5 mins from Rosa-Luxemburg Platz (U2) and 10 min from Alexanderplatz. You can reach any place in Berlin quite quickly. There is even an Edeka Supermarkt in the same building (1min).
We are a bit flexible with the timing. We would ideally like to rent out the apartment a few days later in October (Oct 8th) and also get it back a few days earlier in January (Jan 15th) if possible. Happy to discuss and figure out what works for both sides
