We're offering our 2-floor maisonette apartment in Helmholtzkiez for short-term rental over the holidays, December 17 - January 3. We are asking 1,000 euros for this period, which includes heating and all additional costs.
The flat is located at Dunckerstr. & Raumerstr. in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants. It is fully furnished, with a Balcony and rooftop access. It is the top two floors of the building. The bottom floor is open-concept, with large kitchen (all appliances) and comfortable living area. The top floor is a very large bedroom with a work area as well as the bathroom, which has a washing machine.
We have a full air mattress if it is needed, in addition to the bed upstairs. There is also a nice speaker system for music.

Wir bieten unsere 2-stöckige Maisonette-Wohnung im Helmholtzkiez zur Kurzzeitvermietung über die Feiertage, 17. Dezember - 3. Januar, an. Wir verlangen 1.000 Euro für diesen Zeitraum, darin enthalten sind Heizung und alle Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Dunckerstr. & Raumerstr. in einem schönen Viertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Sie ist voll möbliert, hat einen Balkon und Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Sie befindet sich in den oberen beiden Etagen des Gebäudes. Die untere Etage ist offen konzipiert, mit großer Küche (alle Geräte) und komfortablen Wohnbereich. Die obere Etage ist ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Arbeitsbereich sowie das Bad, das eine Waschmaschine hat.
Wir haben eine volle Luftmatratze, wenn es benötigt wird, zusätzlich zu dem Bett im Obergeschoss. Es gibt auch eine schöne Lautsprecheranlage für Musik.
