2-Zimmer-Untermiete mit Übernahmeoption in Prenzlauerberg

Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Prenzlauerberg steht vom 1. Februar bis 30. April zur Verfügung, mit der Möglichkeit, dass ich Sie zur Übernahme des Mietverhältnisses vermitteln kann. Einige Details sind:

- 64m2, mit 1 Schlafzimmer + 1 großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit ausgestatteter Küche und Balkon.
- Die Wohnung wird (fast) vollständig möbliert sein, aber wir können sie Ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechend anpassen. Unsere Möbel werden zum Verkauf stehen.

Die Miete beträgt 1715 € warm + Strom und Wifi, die wir arrangieren können, wenn Sie Ihre eigenen haben (etwa 135 € extra). Das ist genau das, was wir bezahlen. Wir werden eine Kaution für diese Monate verlangen.

Wir warten auf eine Bestätigung, sind aber ziemlich sicher, dass Almendung für diesen Zeitraum möglich ist.

Our 2-room flat in Prenzlauerberg will be available from Febrary 1st to April 30th, with the possibility for me to refer you to take the lease over. Some details include:

- 64m2, with 1 bedroom + 1 large living/dining area with an equipped kitchen and balcony.
- the apartment will be (almost) fully furnished, but we can adapt according to your needs. Our furniture will be up for sale.

The rent is €1715 warm + electricity and wifi which if you have your own we can arrange (around €135 extra). This is exactly what we pay. We will ask for a deposit for these months.

We are waiting for confirmation but are pretty sure that Almendung is possible for this period.

The location is great, near Kastanienalle (bars, shops and restaurants), Mauerpark, Arkonaplatz and the M10/M1/M2 and a short walk to U8. Super friendly neighborhood.
