Gehobene 2-Zimmer Wohnung (Neubau 2019) in Top-Lage --Prenzlauer Berg-- Sehr ruhige Hausgemeinschaft!
Alles vorhanden - Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche.
Voll möbliert - Es gibt außerdem Glasfaser Internet und einen Fahrstuhl.
Du solltest nur meinen Briefkasten von Zeit zu Zeit entleeren. :)
Es dürfen keine Partys o.ä. veranstaltet werden - sehr ruhige Hausgemeinschaft!

The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg, a 5-minute walk from the Bornholmer Straße S-Bahn. Also the tram Björnsonstr. can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Schönhauser Alle (Ringbahn) is about 10-15 minutes by foot plus Gesundbrunnen ICE train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot.
If restaurants and bars come into consideration, Schönhausen Alle would be a great place. From there you can easily get to Mitte with the U2.
Parking situation is fine - you can always find a parking space in the area - but there is a charge. (~30 EUR/day)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Prenzlauer Berg, 5min Fußweg von der S-Bahn Bornholmer Straße entfernt. Auch die Tram Björnsonstr. ist ebenfalls 5min fußläufig erreichbar.
Schönhauser Alle (Ringbahn) ist ca. 10-15min fußläufig plus ICE Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen in ca.15min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Gegend und Straße ist verkehrsberuhigt und dementsprechend sehr wenig Lärm.
Falls doch mal Restaurants und Bars in Frage kommen, wäre die Schönhausen Alle ein super Ort. Von dort kommt man auch gut mit der U2 nach Mitte.
Parkplatzsituation ist in Ordnung - man findet im Umkreis eig. immer einen Parkplatz - ist allerdings kostenpflichtig. (~30 EUR/Tag)

I will be traveling during this time and am therefore only offering my apartment as an interim rental for this period.
Registration is not possible in Berlin!
