Short term Apartment for July/August

I am renting my bright and spacious apartment in Pranzlauer Berg from the 19th of July to the 18th of August. The dates can be flexible by a day or two.

The apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the Greifswalderstr sbahn station on the ringbahn, as well as the M4 tram which takes you direclty to Alexanderplatz. There are many supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. There is an Edeka, DM, Rewe, pharmacy, döner shop, all within a 5 minute walk. And despite the great location, its a very quiet and peaceful apartment.

The apartment has 3 rooms: a large bedroom with a double bed, a living room, and an office with a sofa that can pull out into a bed. The kitchen is fully equipt and the bathroom is large and sunny. There is also a balcony with a great view of the TV tower. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an Altbau, but there is an elevator.

I would be very pleased if I could rent the apartment to someone who could water my plants and who is a nonsmoker. No pets.
