Hallo,
ich bin Caro und werde in der Zeit vom 18.10.09 bis 01.01.2010 nicht in Berlin sein. Daher vermiete ich meine Wohnung möbliert. Sie ist ca 60 m2 groß und verfügt über 2 fast gleichgroße (20 m2) Zimmer. Du kannst sowohl ein Zimmer mieten (400 EURO p.M.) oder wenn ihr zu zweit seid, dann beide Zimmer (800 Euro p.M.).
Die wohnung kann ohne Probleme als WG genutzt werden.
Sie liegt sehr zentral. 2min zur U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus. Außerdem ein Bäcker, der auch Sonntags bis 17 Uhr wunderbare Brötchen macht und eine Kaufhalle, die bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat.
Sie verfügt über ein Wannenbad, abgezogene Dielen, TV in beiden Zimmern und über einen Internetanschluss.
Je nach vereinbarung kannst du auch gerne ein paar Tage länger drin bleiben.
