Wir möchten unsere vollmöbilierte 3-Zimmerwohnung (2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Ess-/Wohnzimmer) zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Die Wohnung ist vom 19.08.2009 bis 24.08.2009 frei.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, welche zum ruhigen Hinterhof hinausgehen. Neben einem Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine gibt es noch ein grosses Wohn-/Esszimmermit einem ausziehbaren Bettsofa für weitere 2 Personen.
Insgesamt gibt es für 6 Personen einen Schlafplatz.
Die sich direkt an das Wohnzimmer anschließende Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auf dem kleinen Balkon zum Hinterhof hinaus lässt es sich mit der Vormittagssonne besonders gut frühstücken. Außerdem steht auch Internet zur Verfügung.
Sowohl zu Fuß also auch mit der M4 ist man in ca. 10 Min. am Alex von wo aus man beste Anbindungen in alle Richtungen hat.
Neben vielen kleinen Bars, Restaurants und Cafes ist man auch in 5 Min. Im Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Für die ganze Zeit und alles inklusive kostet die Wohnung 100€ und wir nehmen eine Kaution von 50€.
We are offering our fully furnished 3-room-apartment (2 bedrooms and 1 dining room with double bedsofa) near Alexanderplatz, Prenzlauer Berg, free on 19.08.2009 – 24.08.2009.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each of them with a double bed and a dining room with a bedsofa for other two people. So in total there is comfortable place for 6 persons.
The huge dining room is directly connected to a fully equipped kitchen and basically everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The apartment is very quiet, enlightened and has a nice balcony with sun in the morning – perfect for breakfast -and has internet connection.
By feet or with the M4 you will be on Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes from where you have the best connections in all directions.
Besides many small bars, restaurants and cafes also the Volkspark Friedrichshain is reachable in 5 minutes.
Renting price including everything is 100€ and we are taking a deposit of 50€.
