Perfekt für zwei: gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit 1,80 m Bett und Schrank, loftartiges Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, riesen Sofa und Schreibtisch, ein komfortabeles Bad mit Dusche und ein großzügiger Flurbereich. Auf dem Boden liegen weiß gestrichene Dielen, die Wohnung ist dadurch schön hell. Kabel TV und Wifi Internet sind natürlich inklusive.
Direkt am Helmholzplatz gelegen, Cafés, Bars, nette Läden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Die Miete beträgt 22,- Euro pro Tag bzw. 680,- Euro pro Monat inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Im Idealfall möchte ich die Wohnung für den oben genannten Zeitraum vermieten. Eine kürzere Anmietung ist möglich, die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 14 Tage. Vor Schlüpsselübergabe wird eine Kaution von 300,- Euro fällig, die zurück erstattet wird wenn die Wohnung ohne Mängel wieder übergeben wird.

The place is perfect for two, featuring a cozy bedroom with a 1,80 m queen size bed and wadrobe, a spacious 30 sqm living room with a huge sofa, desk and kitchen corner with gas stove and washing machine and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Wireless Internet is available.
Right on Helmholzplatz in the cozy neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg. Cafes, bars, nice shops and public transportation just around the corner.
The rent is 22,- Euros per days or 680,- Euros per month including all utilities. I prefer to rent the partment for the time mentioned above but you might also rent it for a shorter period. Minimum stay: 14 days. A deposit of 300 Euros will be asked and refounded when you leave the place in the same condition you have taken it over.
