We are interested in transferring our lease of our beautiful house from the November 1st 2010. (without any provision when we find a subleaser that follows us- nachmieter)
The apartment is located in a very central area. 2 minutes walk from the Schonhauser Alle S Bahn, U Bahn, Tram. Seriously, public transport cannot get better than this! Close to the Shopping mall(Schonhauser Alle Arcaden), pharmacy, etc. The neighborhood has tons of bars, cafes, restaurants, night clubs.
1)The apartment is on the top floor and looks out onto a small park and a beautiful church(Gethsemane Kirche).
2)The apartment has a large living room, spacious bedroom, kitchen (furnished), bathroom (bath tub) and a passage way with storage area.
3)The apartment has nice large french windows that faces the West and receives tons of sunlight all day.
4)The wonderful part about the apartment is that it is located in a very nice nook that is very quite and then just 5 minutes of a walk gets you to the buzzing night life of Prenzlauerberg.
Also, we have tons of stuff we could sell from the apartment : telephone, wireless router, flat screen TV, microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, coffee automat, and much much more.
