Neighbors in the building are friendly and always greet one another. The neighborhood in general includes young families and young professionals. Because of its very lively day- and nightlife, the area is very safe at any time of the day.

FOOD & DRINKS
Some of the city's best restaurants and bars are found on Stargarder Str. or the adjacent streets. Host would be happy to point out specific names according to guests' interests.
NOISE:
As Stargarder Str. is full of cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. one could wonder about noise. However, because the apartment is situated in the building at the back of the courtyard (and is on the 4th floor), it always has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

Music | movie | etc. download is STRICTLY forbidden *** for those who are not aware of it, illegal download is closely monitored in Germany and subjected to severe fines
Other than that, please respect and take good care of the flat:
- clean up after yourself
- be respectful of neighbors
- would be great if you could water the plants once every 3 days
- smokers are welcomed, however - as I am not one - please be sure to circulate air
- no pets allowed
