My comfortable apartment is fully furnished and can host up to 4 people. It comprises a small entrance, a bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living room with two convertible sofa beds (they are tested and very comfortable!), a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a kitchen equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, microwave, blender, ...), including a washing machine. WiFi is included in the price. Should you be interested you also have a TV, scanner, printer and PS3 at your disposal.
The apartment is completely equipped with clean towels, bedsheets, and cooking utensils.
The apartment is located on Topsstrasse, a quiet street in the midst of the lively district of Prenzlauer Berg. The district has great opportunities for shopping and an amazing nightlife every day of the week. The Mauerpark, the park that hosts a huge sunday market of second-hand and handcrafted objects and clothes, and the lively street Kastanienallee with its bars, cafés and restaurants are both literally just around the corner. Perfectly connected to the other districts of Berlin, you can reach the subway station Eberswalder Strasse (U-Bahn) and the tram that crosses Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte in just 3 minutes by foot, from where you can reach Alexanderplatz in 5 min and Friedrichstrasse in 15 min. You will have everything you need - supermarkets, 24/7 convenience stores, drugstores etc. - in walking distance.
I will be out of the city during the time that I am renting out my apartment but you can of course call me if there should be any issues. The only requirement I have is that you please be respectful with my stuff and treat the place with the same care that you would treat a friend's home or hotel room. I will not ask for a security deposit, so I am counting on your reliability and common sense. :)
The rent is 30 Euros a day, you will pay me in cash upon your arrival on the 26th. We can talk about how long you would like to stay, but a minimum of one week would be nice.
