Hallo da draußen,
ich biete meine Zweiraumwohnung zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung hat ziemlich genau 50 qm und ist günstig geschnitten. Sie kostet insgesamt 700 Euro. 450 Euro Kaution. Sie wird nur für den gesamten Zeitraum vermietet. Eventuell vermiete ich auch zwei Wochen länger. Der Preis errechnet sich dann anteilig. Die Wohnung ist nat. voll eingerichtet und kann auch so genutzt werden. Das heißt inkl. Waschmaschine, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toilette, Internet, Staubsauger und Bett (160cm breit). :) Achtung: Es gibt keinen Fernseher.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher können nach Rücksprache genutzt werden. Internet ist inklusive. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist doch ruhig an einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Auch sonst gibt´s sehr selten krach im Haus. Das soll auch so bleiben. :-)
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut. In weniger als fünf Minute zu Fuß erreicht ihr die Ringbahn und die Tram sowie Bus. Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zur S-Bahn-Station Prenzlauer Allee.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung gibt es im Kietz nat. in Hülle und Fülle.
Ein Ansprechpartner für etwaige Probleme wohnt direkt um die Ecke.
Ich vermiete nicht an Gruppen oder Raucher. Die Miete ist im voraus fällig.

I rent out my two room apartment. You can rent my flat just for the whole time. It costs 700 Euro. 450 Euro deposit. May be it is available until March 15th. The price is 350 Euro. The flat is about 50 sqm. and completely furnished. See pictures. I supose you'll find all you need. A balcony belongs to the Apartment. Its not allowed to smoke. The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood.
Linen and towels are available. Internet is included. I have no television.
My apartment is close to the urban train (Ringbahn, S41,S42, etc.) and Tram (M2) and buses. Just a five minute walk. In close vicinity you find good shopping facilities and bars and whatever you are looking for.
