Hi, I will be on vacation for 6 weeks and I am subletting my apartment in the heart of Berlin.
Only 13 mins to Alexanderplatz the apartment is directly located at the park 'Friedrichshain' in Bötzow neighborhood. You'll find everything you need close - restaurants, bars, cinemas - although you won't notice any noise in the apartment.
The apartment has two rooms, a separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a terrace. You'll have Wifi, Apple TV, Nespresso coffee, washing machine and dish washer - everything you need. The big living room would fit an air bed if needed. Bed is 160cm x 200cm.
Cleaning will be provided every two weeks. Bike can be used as well.
Please note: there is no elevato. The rent is 300€ per week. If you rent for the whole time (Jan 15th - Feb 26th) it's only 1.500€. Just send me an email.
