Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg, im nordöstlichen Teil Berlins.
Die Wohnung ist 52m groß, es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Das eine Zimmer hat außerdem einen Balkon. Wir sind beide Raucher, rauchen normalerweiße auf dem Balkon, jedoch auch manchmal in der Küche.
Die Küche und Küchenutensilien können gerne genutzt werden.
We`are renting our appartment in Prenzlauer Berg which is located in the northeast part of Berlin.
The flat is 52 square meters big, has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. One room has a balcony and is 20 square meters, the smaller room is approximately 11 square meters.
We are both smokers and usually smoke on the balcony but also in the kitchen from time to time.
Feel free to use the kitchen equipment if you feel like cooking.
Von unserer Wohnung läuft man ca. 6 minuten zur S-Bahn, dort fährt die S41/S42 (Ringbahnen). Mit diesen Bahnen kann man jeden Stadtteil Berlins gut erreichen.
In 5 Minuten gelangt man außerdem zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die Bahnen fahren Richtung Mitte (Alexanderplatz ca. 15 Minuten) und auch in den Süden.
From our flat you walk 6 minutes to the S-Bahn, where you can use the circular railway (S41/S42) which can bring you in every other area of Berlin.
You have to walk 5 minutes to the next tram station which brings you to the southern part of Berlin, as well as to Mitte (to Alexanderplatz approx. 15minutes by tram). (Tram M10/M4)
Prenzlauer Berg is known for its countless pubs, restaurants, cafés, galleries and little shops which create a day and nightlife atmosphere unique from the rest of Berlin.
Wir wohnen in einer ruhig gelegenen Straße und auch das Haus ist ziemlich ruhig, daher können hier keine Partys gefeiert werden, sonst gibt es Probleme mit den Nachbarn.
We live in a quiet street and also the house is pretty quiet, because of that it is not possible to have parties here.
