We sublet our cute, fully furnished 2-room-apartment.
The facility includes all the neccessary furnitures, kitchen and bathroom utensiles. There's a locked part in the besement for you and a seperated ground level room for bikes. The apartment has Internet, a telephone connection, a cable-connection, a flat screen TV, a stove with oven, a fridge, a dishwasher mashine, a washing machine and everything else you need for living.
Die Wohnung ist in zentraler doch ruhiger Lage. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram & Bus sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Kino, viele Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Spätis, Parks, Fitnessstudio und Joggingmöglichkeiten (Sportplatz mit Tartanbahn direkt vor'm Haus) in Fußnähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral im Herzen Prenzlauer Bergs, ist aber (abgesehen vom Vogelgezwitscher im Frühling) sehr ruhig. Der Stadteil Mitte und der Alexanderplatz und Hauptbahnhof sind in rund 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is in a central but very quiet neighbourhood. The public transport connection is very good, underground, suburban railway, tram and bus is only a few minutes away. There are many bars, restaurants, super markets, convenience stores, parks and jogging possibilities (sports ground with a jogging track directly accross the street) just around the corner. The apartnemt is very central in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg but is very quiet.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet, da das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist.
