Biete schöne helle 1-Zimmerwohnung in Prenzlauer Berg, Helmholtzkiez. Altbau, Dielenboden, sonniger Balkon, Einbauküche, sehr großes Badezimmer.
Miete beträgt mit WLAN, Strom und Heizkosten inklusive Möbel für die Zeit 700€ pro Monat. Für September würde ich dann entsprechend weniger Miete nehmen, da nicht der volle Monat vermietet wird.
Lage: Im Helmholtzkiez gibt es super viele kleine süße Cafés. Tram und S-Bahn sind in 2 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Alexanderplatz ist nur 10 Minuten mit der Tram oder dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Solltet ihr Interesse haben, bitte eine kurze Nachricht, wer ihr seid, was ihr macht etc.
Es werden dann Besichtigungstermine ausgemacht. Bei Mietinteresse benötige ich Gehaltsnachweise oder Bürgschaft der Eltern und die Kopie eures Personalausweises. Achtung! Nur eine Person erlaubt!

Renting out this sunny 1-room apartment from the 1st of August until the 22nd of September 2019!
The apartment is fully furnished, very cosy in an old charming building of the 19th century. It has a balcony, a separate kitchen and a very big bathroom.
The rent is 700€ all in. For September I would take less rent of course, because of less days :) Plus, I would need to have a deposit of 500€.
Situation: The flat is situated in a very well known and family friendly area called Prenzlauer Berg, Helmholtzkiez. The Helmholtzkiez has a lot of very nice little cafés. The Tram and S-Bahn are reachable within 2 minutes by feet. You can reach the Alexanderplatz within 10 minutes by Tram or by bike.
If you are interested please write a short summary about yourself. Afterwards, I will make appointments with you for an inspection day. If you are really interested afterwards I would need a copy of your salary loan and a copy of your passport, visa (if needed). Attention! Only 1 person allowed!
