We want to sub-rent our apartment for the time being of our family visit - 3 months.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a guarded housing estate. Hidden in the backyard what guarantees peace and quiet despite the close distance of Torstrasse. Living that high allows you to watch beautiful sunsets from our cosy living room and overseeing Berlin and its main attractions, such as Fernsehturm at Alexanderplatz, Potsdamerplatz, Reichstag and tall buildings in Ku'damm.
The apartment has a spacious living area with couch and dining table, the kitchen is equipped in all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kitchenware), bedroom is separated by the wall and fits a king-size bed, bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. From the kitchen site there's an entrance to the big terrace and form living room site on the balcony
Whole apartment is heated by floor heating and connected by elevator with underground parking and Edeka.
There's a doorbell and intercom system with camera.
The location is in the trendy district Prenzlauer Berg with numerous cafes, restaurants, fashion stores and more. Prenzlauer Berg is very well served by local public transport with the S-Bahn-Ring, an U-Bahn line, nine tram lines and some bus lines. A large selection of cultural highlights are also in the vicinity: the German Theater, the Museum Island, the Volksbühne, the Hackesche Höfe - to name just a few examples. You are in one of the most popular and liveliest residential areas with charming small shops.
