Hallo,
ich bin bis Ende November beruflich in Wien. Hierfür vermiete ich meine kleine, aber sehr schöne Wohnung.
Die Wohnung kann auch schon früher gemietet werden. Dann 150,-/Woche zusätzlich!
Es handelt sich um eine möblierte und sehr ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung inkl Balkon im Innenhof, Seitenflügel 1.OG, direkt am Helmholtzplatz .
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Es handelt sich um ein Schlauchbad, also recht schmal.
Die Küche ist groß, getrennt vom Wohnraum, also keine Gerüche im Schlaf/Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist mit allen Notwendigkeiten voll ausgestattet und ist angebunden an den Balkon.
Der Wohnraum verfügt über ein großes Bett. Zusätzlich gibt es einen sehr schönen, alten Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank, Wlan und ein Bücherregal.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet aber dafür gibt es ja den Balkon.

The flat can also be rented a bit earlier. Then additionally 150,-/week
The flat is furnished, very quiet and on the first floor.
The bathroom is simple and small with a shower.
The kitchen is quite large fully equipped with everything you need including a washing machine. Attached to the kitchen is the balcony.
The main room contains a big bed. Additionaly you'll have a very nice old desk, a closet, a bookshelve with lots of good books to read, and wlan.
Its a NO-Smoking flat but you can use the balcony for that
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Helmholztplatz also nicht am Rand, sondern mitten im Herzen des Prenzlbergs. Demenstprechend vielseitig ist die Umgebeung
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Edeka, Kaisers, Penny, Lidl und die BioCompany sowie unzählige kleine Läden.
Die öffentliche Anbindung ist herrvoragend. Ring, U2, M1,M2, M10, M12 sind alle in wenigen Fußmin. zu erreichen.
Man ist in ca 20 min in Friedrichshain, in Mitte in 15 min und in Kreuzberg/Neukölln in 40 min.
Trotz diverser Bars, Cafes und Restaurants, ist es eher ruhig und sehr entspannt. Direkt am Helmholtzplatz gibt es auch einen Wochenmarkt. Zu empfehlen sind auch der Mauerpark und der Volkspark/Friedrichhain. Beide sehr nah. Das Planetarium ist Fussweg 3 min und unbedingt empfehlenswert.
The apartment is located at the Helmholtzplatz straight in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.
Supermarkets such as lidl, kaisers, penny, edeka and BioCompany are all within walking distance.
Connection to public transport is terrific.

There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants around. Still it is rather calm and relaxed
For those being new I recommend Mauerpark and Volkspark both very close and Planetarium, which ist just around the corner.
Ich habe mir bei der Renovierung und Einrichtung der Wohnung sehr viel Mühe gegeben, weil ich auf eine angenehme Atmosphärere viel Wert lege. Dementsprechend suche ich jemanden, der sich entsprechend verantwortungsbewusst um die Wohnung kümmert.
Aufgrund negativer Erfahrungen in der Vergangenheit muss ich eine Kaution verlangen.
Wer den Kiez nicht so kennt, dem gebe ich gerne Tips hinsichtlich guter Restaurant oder ähnliches
