2 Zimmer Wohnung Anfang /Mitte Februar – September 2022

Ich bin beruflich einige Monate im Ausland tätig und suche daher eine/n zuverlässige/n Untermieter/in für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Prenzlauerberg. Sie ist gemütlich möbliert und ausgestattet, liegt zentral und verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Es gibt ein sehr ruhiges Schlafzimmer zum Hof (ab Mittags scheint hier auch wunderbar die Sonne hinein) und ein großes Wohn/Arbeitszimmer mit Balkon zur Strasse, eine Küche und ein modernes Duschbad. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett und wir nehmen Rücksicht auf einandern, daher sind Partymenschen hier nicht geeignet. Ich freue mich über eine/n Mieter/in, der/die sich gut um meine Pflanzen kümmern mag und mir bescheid gibt, wenn Post für mich kommt. Idealerweise jemand mit festem Job, über 30 Jahre alt, und für den gesamten angegebenen Zeitraum. Es ist möglich, dass ich ab und zu für 1-3 Tage nach Berlin fahren muss, und ich würde dann gerne im Fall dass es nötig ist auf dem Sofa-Futon im Wohnzimmer schlafen. I am working abroad for a few months and am therefore looking for a reliable subtenant for my 2 room flat in Prenzlauerberg. It is comfortably furnished and equipped, centrally located and well connected. There is a very quiet bedroom facing the courtyard (the sun shines in from midday) and a large living/study room with a balcony facing the street, a kitchen and a modern shower room. The house community is very nice and we are respectful with each other, so party people are not suitable here. I would be happy to have a tenant who is willing to take good care of my plants and let me know when there is mail for me. Ideally someone with a steady job, over 30 years old, and for the entire period specified. It is possible that I have to go to Berlin for 1-3 days from time to time, and I would like to stay over on the sofa-futon in the living room, if necessary.
