Weekend in Prenzlauer Berg: 2 rooms for sublet 12.07 - 16.07

Hello,

We would like to sublet 2 rooms in our 3-room apartment from 12.07 to 16.07.

It is located in a great area of Prenzlauer Berg - Kollwitzkiez.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy and tidy and a non-smoker. No pets and No parties in the apartment. Single person or a couple

The apartment is centrally located. The tram and subway station are just a few minutes' walk away, and Supermarket, e.g. Lidl is only a 2-minute walk. The location speaks for itself, from cafes, bars, Saturday market, restaurants, Mauerpark, everything at your feet. The apartment is also quiet.

We will only rent out 2 rooms; The bedroom will be locked. However the entire place will be for only for you for those few days. The living room has a sofa bed. Another room is dedicated for a remote worker. A large wardrobe with 200 meters of height, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, WiFi, plates, coffee machine…

As proof we need a copy of your ID.

Online viewings are possible

A deposit of 120€ is required to make sure nothing happens to the flat and it will be returned once we get our keys back.
