Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für 2 Monate. Die Wohnung liegt genau beim Mauerpark und ist sehr gut an Öffis angebunden. M10 genau vor der Tür, U2 1 min zu Fuß und die U8 ist eine Tram station entfernt.
Das Schlafzimmer hat 27m2, es gibt ein 2 x 2 Meter King Size Bett, grossen Schrank und Schreibtisch. Laserdrucker etc
Die Küche ist gut ausgesatttet, grosser Amerikanischer Kühlschrank mit Eis und Wasser Dispenser, neue Spülmaschine, Soda Maker etc
Das Bad hat 20m2, es gibt eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine, Trockner sind auch vorhanden.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Beamer mit Dolby Surround Anlage. Alles durch Amazon Fire Stick mit dem Internet verbunden.
Gegenüber gibt es einen grossen Parkplatz wo immer was frei ist falls ihr ein Auto habt!

Hi guys
We’re going to be away for a while and would like to rent out our cozy apartment across the street from Mauerpark for that period. Living room and bedroom are spacious and facing nature and trees. Bathroom and kitchen facing the yard.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, I love cooking. There’s a big American fridge with water/ice dispenser. The dishwasher is brand new and we have a classic gas stove/oven.
Bathroom is also spacious with bathtub and shower combined. There’s a dryer and washing machine.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom.
There’s a super comfy king size (2mx2m) bed in the bedroom, big closet and an office desk.
The hallway offers plenty of space for shoes and wardrobe.
Check out the pictures and hit us up if you’re interested in a viewing. We’re preferably looking for someone interested in renting the place for the whole period.

The apartment is right next to the Tram M10 stop and a short 2min walk from U2 Eberswalderstrasse
By tram you need 2 min to U8 Bernauer Straße. Really easy to get anywhere I Berlin with these lines.
