Very residential area, next to the bus 122 stop (2 min walking), 5 min walking to U8 Lindauer Allee station, 8 min to U8 Paracelsus Bad or 15-20 min to U6 Kurt Schumacher Platz (5 min with bus 122). There is also an S-Bahn station (S Alt-Reinickendorf) 15 min away.
Supermarkets (Kaufland, Edeka, Aldi, Alnatura, DM) about 10-12 min walking.
Park(s) just around the flat, lake(s) accessible by bike or city transport (e.g. Flughafensee, Tegelersee, etc.).

Reine Wohngegend, direkt neben der Wohnung (2 min entfernt) ist eine Bushaltestelle (Bus 122), fußläufig sind auch zwei U-Bahn Stationen (U8) zu erreichen (5 min zu Lindauer Allee und 8 min zu Paracelsus Bad). Zu Fuß erreicht man in 15-20 min den Kurt-Schumacher-Platz (U6) und in 15 min die S-Bahn Station Alt-Reinickendorf (S25).
Supermärkte (Kaufland, Edeka, Aldi, Alnatura, DM) liegen fußläufig 10-12 min entfernt. Parks liegen in unmittelbarer zur Wohnung, einer direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Auch Badeseen (Flughafensee, Tegelersee, etc.) sind nicht weit entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad oder dem ÖPNV gut zu erreichen.

It could be either rented as a whole to yourself or as a WG (note that there is a big and a small room). It could probably fit best for a couple, as well as maybe a child.

We would like to do some small improvement work in the flat, so if you are able to, we can also discuss the possibility.

Die Wohnung kann allein oder als WG genutzt werden. Am besten eignet sich die Wohnung aber sicherlich für ein Paar (mit/ohne Kind).

Wir würden gern noch einige Schönheitsreparaturen an der Wohnung vornehmen. Sollten dieser Arbeiten vor dem Einzugstermin noch nicht vollständig erledigt sein, müssten wir mit dem Mieter vorab eine gemeinsame Lösung finden, um die Arbeiten zeitnah abzuschließen.
