Meine Freundin und ich möchten gerne unsere 3-Raumwohnung gegen etwas kleineres tauschen.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine Rumpelkammer, ein großes helles, halbgekacheltes Bad mit Badewanne & Dusche und eine geräumige Küche mit Laminatboden. Der Rest der Wohnung ist mit rustikalen Holzdielen ausgelegt.
Die 3 Zimmer sind jeweils 23, 20 und 14m² groß und haben (in derselben Reihenfolge) einen Balkon, einen großen Erker und noch einen Balkon. Jedes Zimmer hat somit eine kleine Besonderheit. Im 23m² Zimmer ist außerdem ein Hochbett eingebaut, wodurch man nochmal 4m² rausschindet :D
Gekocht und geheizt wird mit Gas. Internetanbindung ist top und die Nachbarn nett.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Altbaus. Zu dem Haus gehört ein Hof auf dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können und theoretisch ein - zwei Kellern, Kellers, Kellerse...
Alle Fenster gehen gen Norden, trotzdem sind die Zimmer schön hell.
Die Wohnung ist WG geeignet (ich wohne hier schon seit 10 Jahren in einer WG)
Die angegebene Miete ist der maximale Schätzwert bei Wiedervermietung.

My girlfriend and I want to exchange our cosy 3-room appartment for a smaller one.
Our flat has a small junk chamber (3-4m²), a big semi-tiled bath with a tub and a shower and a roomy kitchen with laminate floor. The rest of the flat has rustic floor boards. The 3 rooms are approx. 23, 20 and 14m² big and have (in the same order) a balcony, a big oriel and another balcony. That means each room has a little speciality. The 23m² room contains a wooden "bunk bed" for a 1,8mx2m mattress.
Cooking and heating is done with gas. Internet is fast and the neighbors friendly.
The flat is on the 3rd floor (4th if you count ground floor as 1st...) of an Altbau building. There is a small cellar and a yard to lock your bikes. The windows go to the north but the rooms are quite bright inspite of that. The flat is viable as a shared flat. The rent is the maximum approximation of what it will cost when newly let.
