Da ich für sieben Wochen nach Italien gehen werde, vermiete ich hier meine gerade erst frisch bezogene Wohnung in Schöneberg inklusive meiner Möbel.
Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus und hat hohe Decken, Dielen, zwei große, mit Flügeltüren verbundene Zimmer (Durchgangszimmer, daher nicht zur WG geeignet), sowie Bad und eine geräumige Küche. Ein kleiner Balkon geht zur Straße hinaus und hat morgens Sonne.
Ausgestattet ist sie mit allem, was ihr auf den Bildern seht und natürlich Kühlschrank, Elektro-Herd, Waschmaschine etc.
Die Wohnung liegt in schöner Lage in der Koburger Straße, gleich an der Hauptstraße nähe Innsbrucker Platz mit Blick auf hübsche Stuckaltbauten. Dadurch dass es nicht direkt auf der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es etwas ruhiger als die Wohnungen dort, die Straße hört man aber natürlich trotzdem, was ich aber nicht als störend empfinde.
Fünf Fußminuten zum Innsbrucker Platz (Ringbahn und U4), etwa genau so schnell ist man an der Station Schöneberg, die einen mit der S1 z.B. flott nach Mitte bringt. Wenige Minuten von der Haustür fahren auch mehrere Busse Richtung Kreuzberg, Mitte und Tiergarten.
Da ich gerade erst eingezogen bin, wird das Internet (schnelles VDSL 50) erst am 28.9. freigeschaltet. Die erste Woche wäre also ohne Internet.

SHORT ENGLISH VERSION:
Beautiful fully-furnished 2-room apartment with high ceilings and hardwood floors in nice neighbourhood in Schöneberg. The flat is fully equipped and has bathroom, kitchen and a washing machine. There's a small balcony with sunshine in the monring and a view to some beautiful old buildings on the other side of the road. Train-, subway and lots of busses to Mitte, Kreuzberg and Tiergarten are in walking distance and so are bakerys, supermarkets etc.
As I just moved in myself a couple of days ago I have to wait until the internet (fast 50 Mbit) is activated until the 28th of September, so the first week would be without internet.
