ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 07.02. (eventuell auch früher) bis 22.04.2022 an. Ich bin für die Tage im Ausland und würde mich in der Zeit über eine zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter/in sehr freuen.
Eine kleine, aber sehr feine Wohnung - ein Zimmerwohnung mit separater Küche. Alles was das Herz begehrt um ein wenig Berliner Luft zu schnuppern und zu entspannen. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Bett und einer ausklappbaren Couch ausgestattet - einen Esstisch, Schallplattenspieler, Waschmaschine, Regenshower Dusche etc. Ich würde für die Zeit auch mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen.

I offer my apartment temporarily from Feb 07th (possibly even earlier) until April 22nd 2022 - I will be on vacation and looking for a reliable temporarily tentant.
It is a small but really fine apartment - it does include all what you need - one bedroom apartement with a separated kitchen, a 1.40 bed, a fold-out couch, dinner table, washing machine, rainshower, record player, balcony and I also would provide my bike for some trips.
Die Lage ist perfekt - wer Lust auf Szenekiez hat ist in 10 Minuten im Bergmannkiez - wer Lust auf Shopping hat ist in 10 Minuten am Kudamm... Die Öffentlichen sind unschlagbar - U7, S1, S2 - alle 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (in 30 Minuten am Tegel Flughafen). Ein Rewe ist direkt vor der Haustür. Unendlich viele leckere Italienische Restaurants - einer besser als der andere - tolle Bars und Kneipen und eine super Nachbarschaft. Ein schöner Park zum entspannen - der Gleisparkdreieck oder für sportliche Aktivitäten ist die Boulderhalle, Basketball Platz oder Beachvolleyball Halle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The area is perfect to reach all places easily - Bergmannkiez 10 minutes, Kudamm for shopping within 10 minutes - you will have U7, S1 and S2 within 5 minutes by foot. The next supermarket is in front of the door-a lot of delicious Italian restaurants, really nice bars and a friendly neighborhood. You also have the park "Gleisparkdreieck" around the corner and if you like some sport activities-the next boulder , beachvolleyball gym is close by.
Ich würde mich sehr auf einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter/in freuen. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt, aber nicht in der Wohnung. Ansonsten wäre es, zu mindestens meinen Nachbarn zu liebe, traumhaft wenn die Wohnung nicht als Partylocation genutzt wird :).
I am looking for someone who doesn't smoke inside of the apartment (the baclony is perfect for smoking), someone who is reliable and also someone who doesn't party in the apartment - just to make sure my neighbors don't have anything to complain ;).
