ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für ca. 3 Monate an. Das Enddatum der Untermiete steht noch nicht 100% fest und könnte sich auch um ca. 2 Wochen verkürzen
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern: 18qm Schlafzimmer und 28qm Wohnküche. Da das Schlafzimmer von der Wohnküche abgeht, ist die Wohnung nicht WG geeignet. Ein Kellerteil gehört zur Wohnung dazu sowie ein Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung. Die Wohnung würde 2015 Kernsaniert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist aber komplett unbedenklich dank Sicherheitstür und Jalousien, die sich im geschlossenen Zustand nicht aufschieben lassen.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet.

I am offering my apartment as a sublease for about 3 months. The end date of the sublease is not yet 100% certain and could be about 2 weeks shorter
The apartment consists of two rooms: 18sqm bedroom and 28sqm kitchen/living room. Since the bedroom leads off the kitchen, the apartment is not suitable for shared flats. A basement part belongs to the apartment as well as an inner courtyard with seating for communal use. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015.
The apartment is on the ground floor but is completely safe thanks to the security door and blinds that cannot be pushed open when closed.
The apartment is rented furnished.
Die Anbindung ist super, nahe S-Bahn (S1) und U-Bahn (U7) und befindet sich direkt am Akazienkiez mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Grünflächen sind in 3-5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
