My partner and I are moving out of our lovely ground floor studio apartment, which we have called home for the past two years. We are looking for someone to start a new lease (via Akelius).
This 27 sqm apartment faces out onto a quiet inner courtyard in Schöneberg. The entire apartment is completely renovated and comes with a fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. This is a studio apartment, NOT a one-bedroom apartment, and so would ideally suit just one person. The apartment consists of a single room (with a kitchen), a hallway, and a bathroom.
The rent is 670 warm and is available from May 17, 2021.

Die 27 qm große Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof in Schöneberg. Die gesamte Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Es handelt sich um eine Studiowohnung, NICHT um eine Einzimmerwohnung, und wäre daher ideal für eine Person. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Einzelzimmer (mit Küche), einer Diele und einem Bad.
Die Miete beträgt 670 warm und ist ab 17. Mai 2021 verfügbar.
The apartment building is quiet and sits in a very leafy street. Innsbrucker Platz S-bahn (part of the Ringbahn) is 2 minutes walk away, while Schöneberg S-bahn is 3 minutes walk away.
The street is close to bikeways to get around Berlin easily, while the kiez is relaxed, with supermarkets, bars, and coffee shops all within walking distance.

Das Apartmenthaus ist ruhig und liegt in einer sehr begrünten Straße. Innsbrucker Platz S-bahn (Teil der Ringbahn) ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, während Schöneberg S-bahn ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Straße liegt in der Nähe von Fahrradwegen, um sich in Berlin leicht zu bewegen, während der Kiez entspannt ist, mit Supermärkten, Bars und Cafés, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
